The Human Organ Preservation Effort (HOPE), formerly known as the Cadaver Organ Retrieval Effort (CORE), serves as the organ retrieval arm of the National Kidney and Transplant Institute (NKTI). The HOPE 2024 Program Implementation Review provides an in-depth assessment of key achievements, strategies, challenges, and future action plans related to organ and tissue donation in the Philippines.

This review explores significant developments, including:

✅Collaborations with hospitals, government agencies, and international organizations to enhance transplant initiatives.
✅Training programs aimed at building the capacity of healthcare professionals in organ procurement and transplant coordination.
